Credit
Section titled “Credit”- Prepaid credit in USD. The minimum top-up is $5.
- Credit purchase fee: 5.5% on every top-up, shown as its own line at checkout. It covers payment processing. Your credit equals the amount you top up: $100 of credit costs $105.50.
- Payment in Saudi riyals. Top-ups are charged in SAR through Moyasar (cards, mada, Apple Pay) at the fixed rate of 3.75 SAR per USD, and the checkout shows both amounts. $100 of credit costs SAR 395.63.
- Free starter credit: $0.50, added once your email address is verified. Once per email mailbox; it is not refundable.
- Refunds: unused credit is refundable within 90 days of the top-up that added it, minus the credit purchase fee paid on it. See the refund policy.
- Model retirements: at least 30 days’ notice before a model is retired.
