Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TOKEN, an API service operated by ZEROAI Establishment (commercial registration unified number 7016675386), Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to them.

  1. The service. TOKEN gives you access to AI models hosted by third-party providers through one API. Models, prices and providers can change; the current list is on the Models and Pricing pages.

  2. Accounts. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your API keys and everything done with them. Keep keys secret and rotate them if they leak.

  3. Prepaid credit.

    • Usage is charged against prepaid credit in USD at the per-token prices on the Pricing page in force when the request is made.
    • The minimum top-up is $5. A credit purchase fee of 5.5% is charged on each top-up and shown at checkout as its own line.
    • Top-ups are charged in Saudi riyals through Moyasar at the fixed rate of 3.75 SAR per USD.
    • New accounts receive $0.50 of free starter credit once their email address is verified, once per email mailbox.
    • Credit does not expire while your account is active.
    • Refunds follow the Refund Policy: unused credit is refundable within 90 days of the top-up that added it, minus the credit purchase fee.

  4. Acceptable use. You must not use TOKEN to:

    • break the law;
    • infringe rights;
    • generate child sexual abuse material;
    • attack systems;
    • send spam;
    • attempt to extract models’ weights;
    • get around rate limits or billing;
    • violate the usage policies of the provider that serves the model.

    We may suspend keys or accounts that do, and report illegal content where the law requires it.

  5. Model outputs. Outputs are generated by third-party models, may be inaccurate, and are your responsibility to review. As between you and us, you own your inputs and outputs, subject to the providers’ terms.

  6. Model retirements. We give at least 30 days’ notice, by email to accounts that used the model and on the changelog, before a model is retired.

  7. Availability. We aim for high availability with automatic failover, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Planned maintenance and incidents are posted on the status page.

  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  9. Termination. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, chargebacks or abuse.

  10. Changes. We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

  11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of the Eastern Province have jurisdiction over disputes.

  12. Open source. TOKEN is based on New API (AGPL-3.0). The source code of TOKEN is available at https://github.com/zeroais/thetoken.
